Job Description: 

As a UI / UX Designer at Gas Pump TV, you’ll be leading User Experience/User Interface design to drive creation of innovative digital experiences cross device, peripheral, and platform. Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, yet fun dynamic environment as a team member and individual contributor. They will be comfortable working on multiple projects and communicating with a cross-functional team. The UX/UI Designer develops, documents and evangelizes users’ points of view through a full-range of design activities: discovery, research, personas and user journeys, wireframing, interaction design, validating designs with rapid prototyping, collaborating with engineers and documentation Your design will architect seamless user experiences which delivery loved interactions and the most the most autonomy, front-end of technology touching hundreds of millions of consumers per month Envision and develop intuitive and engaging visual and interactive designs Initiate and respond to research based improvements for the app and website Probe challenging problems to gain a deep understanding of technology, user goals and behaviors Evaluate new and existing features and offer viable suggestions for improvements Defend design approach with analysis & projections for improvements Create design deliverables such as specifications, process flows, wireframes, and mockups Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the greater UX team throughout the design process Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather feedback and produce improvements for the platform During implementation phase respond to day-to-day questions from product managers and developers Lead user research, analyze tasks to be done, and iterate interaction design prototypes rapidly Provide product concept ideation, usability assessments and UI wireframes to define valuable and usable consumer solutions Participation in fast paced discovery teams and commercialization programs Develop and drive implementation of excellent user interaction workflow and behavior specifications for consumer applications and products Qualifications: 5+ years professional experience designing and developing interactive experiences for mobile, web and product applications. Expert knowledge of principles and methods for user-centered design with an ability to identify leading edge creative and innovative solutions. Has strong passion for the overall user experience and focus on understanding detailed user interface requirements. Familiarity with Android and iOS design standards. Demonstrates excellent skills applying user needs analysis, conceptual design, wireframe creation, and workflow definition to establish novel software user interfaces. Deep understanding of cutting edge UI technology trends and UX methodology across mobile, web and desktop applications. Strong interest in creative collaboration and teamwork with UX designers, visual designers, technical leads, product managers and marketing experts. Fosters a positive, inclusive approach to UX and design process. Persuasive presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills. Expert in Adobe Design Suite Expert working-knowledge in digital design and collaboration tools including: Sketch App, Invision, Slack, and/or Zeplin  Fluent ability to quickly convey interaction concepts through wireframe sketching, rapid prototyping, and other interface prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Principle and/or POP.
