Job Description:

• CGI is seeking a lead Cyber Solutions Architect to support the development of CGI Cyber Security tools and services
• In this role you will support and provide solution deployment architecture, design security architecture, security solution development for difference internal projects, as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) this role supports architecture in all of the Cyber Security technical areas
• The Lead Cyber Security Solution Architect functions act as the Cyber Solution Lead on evaluating packaging and operationalizing Cyber Security managed devices
• The role supports CGI new solution development, authoring technology publication, help CGI's business leaders to define their Cyber requirements and translate those requirements to formulate new services offerings
• This position provides security solution design, development, writing, briefing and support to CGI major initiatives
• This position also develops Cyber Security technical logical and physical models with forward thinking technical tool and service solutions that address the latest Cyber threats and emerging technology to counter those threats
• Areas of Cyber Security expertise include but are not limited to IDS/IPS, Next Gen firewalls, security audit log monitoring tools, vulnerability assessment tools, technical compliance monitoring tools, identity management, and security event and incident management tools
• Functions will also include architecting security solutions to support hybrid environment to include AWS, Azure, Google, and other CSPs and services and an understanding of native services provide by CSPs
• Duties also include Cyber Security technical support of development efforts, to include developing briefings and technology papers as well as support of deployment models of CGI Cyber Security service capabilities, and to identify client security needs and map those needs to CGI solutions
• Candidates must have in depth knowledge of inner working of security tools and processes and be able to provide leadership in creation of integration of these tools and processes
• Additionally, candidates should have mature understanding of Cloud technologies with expertise in security architecture and implementing or integrating difference security solution in Cloud environments

Qualifications: Technical oversight of development of managed security services and mentoring of Deployment and Support team members Collaborate with other Security Solution Architects and management to grow and evolve CGI's Managed Security Service offerings Maintain awareness of trends in IT security technology and regulatory requirements Use deliverables from vision and strategy phase to develop conceptual, logical and physical technical models Create best practice technical architecture models utilizing knowledge of industry and technology trends Identify and evaluate technical architecture to ensure solutions satisfy business requirements and performance objectives Use industry best practices framework, activities and tasks as a basis for developing cost and ROI estimate and develop overarching program plans Interpret business requirements and translates them into technical requirements Manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company and client to ensure satisfaction for both Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level In-depth understanding of emerging security threats Advanced competencies in managed security architecture, operating and service models Demonstrable expertise in architectural framework such as ITIL, SABSA, etc. Mature understanding of networking stacks such as OSI, interconnectiviey protocols and intergration strategies Hands-on experience dealing eith Public Cloud environment particularly AWS and Azure Knowledge of audity framework suck as HIPPA, PCI, NIST, etc. Experience leading security architecture team Subject matter expert in leading security technologies such as NGFW, intrusion detection systems, audit log monitoring systems, compliance monitoring systems, security management and reporting systems, security incident management systems, anti-virus & anti-spam systems, virtual private network technology, remote access technology and vulnerability assessment technologies Ability and experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation Experience working with current and emerging information security technologies and development methodologies Experience working with network software and hardware, data or voice Experience working with proprietary software and hardware Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with 8+ years of experience in information security and/or IT risk management   8 + years of hands-on experience as a security practitioner, implementing a variety of solutions across multiple disciplines   8 + years of experience developing solutions with a concentrated focus on security, performance, scalability, and reliability 8 + years experience performing network and application security penetration testing and/or threat assessments 8+ years experience with commercial and open source security applications and technologies (e.g. malware prevention, DLP, IDS/IDP, cryptography, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing), as well as related protocols and tools (e.g. SSH, SSL/TLS, snort, port scanners, rootkit detectors, etc.) Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or similar Engineering discipline or equivalent experience Security +, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor or other security industry certifications Certified Information Systems Auditor or other security industy certifications Due to the nature of the government contract, US Citizenship is required Contact: Apply online at https://goo.gl/G4YuAA.
