Job Description:
- Client Service Managers (CSMs) are key professionals responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships and driving value to the client by ensuring quality service delivery
- The CSM is the primary protector of the client’s interest
- This person seeks to maintain and strengthen the relationship, not to simply provide a “service”
- Sage ATC sells the opportunity to engage and satisfy client needs by directly impacting the client’s organization and long term profitability
- The CSM is responsible for managing and meeting client expectations by supervising operations (Sage ATC Delivery Model) as provided in the client contracts/proposals and related client commitments
- The person in this position successfully resolves customer requests, issues or change orders
- The CSM also identifies opportunities to grow business, via an expansion of services being provided to key clients
- The person in this position is responsible for meeting financial commitments and operational projects, programs and functions
- The CSM manages delivery of revenue, cost management and client satisfaction metrics
- Minimum Requirements: Minimum of a B.S. In Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or other related science field 10+ Years of Experience in Environmental field
- Maximize existing strategic alliances and initiate action to update company agreements or partnerships if necessary
- Learn and understand company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Focus efforts on profitable, long-term clients
- Identify key Employees on both the client service/technical delivery side
- Educate key employees on client culture
- Mentor and Teach technical staff
- Control invoicing, collection and project budgets
- Administer guidance and continuous improvement to technical staff
