Job Description:
- The primary role of the Jr. Account Manager is to assist in the management of educational client projects
- This includes providing daily client communications (phone, email, online teleconferences), project documentation and reporting, along with project setup and configuration, and client training
- Applicant must be a good communicator, well organized, detail-oriented and be good at multi-tasking
- Strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills and good problem solving skills are essential
- Applicants must be able to handle high pressure situations, resolve difficult problems and resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Ideal candidates should have a bachelor or associate degree in marketing or communication disciplines (but not required)
- Experience working in account management and customer service roles, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, are required and key to be successful in this position
