Job Description:
  • Provide face to face assistance to customers through the buying process to include merchandise selection, payment and finance options and pick up and delivering
  • Make telephone calls to existing and potential customers
  • Ability to assist with merchandizing store product set-up
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of Conn's stores and customer carry-outs
  • Help customers with their wants, needs and desires
  • Build strong relationships with customers and become their educational friend rather than just a salesperson
  • Prospecting is a huge part; in order to be successful you will need to pound the phones, calling previous customers or those that want to be customers
  • There will be times you will be asked to help setup new displays, carry-out merchandise for customers, and just simple daily upkeep
Qualifications:
  • 2 years Sales experience preferred
