Job Description:
  • Technology Professionals Web Development team members are responsible for designing, coding, modifying and managing web and application projects, from layout to function and according to client’s specifications. In this role, the incumbent will be expected to stay abreast of best practices, latest technology developments and innovative methods of delivering the best possible end product. Technology Professional Developers are consultants as well as technicians so initiative, self-motivation and organization is essential
  • Manage and maintain the hosting environment with all providers
  • Manage Domain Name System (DNS) for customers 
  • Estimate time for proposals and manage time for projects
  • Consulting on, quoting, planning and coordinating new client work
  • Develop and troubleshoot issues with websites & applications
  • Creative visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, websites, logos, and corporate reports
  • Ensure all developed platforms are secure, patched, backed up, and adhere to the latest development best practices
  • Keep an updated record of time, customer information, and status of tickets in the service management system, as work is performed
  • Keep up with best practices and the latest technology in the development industry
  • Keep current with best practice and the latest software tools to perform development work
  • Maintain and update department forms and documents as needed
  • Assist and follow in the vision of the development department and Technology Professionals as shared from the Partners
  • Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Task as requested from customers
  • Consult on the design process as needed for all development projects
  • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the Technology Professionals site
  • Create and maintain software documentation
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
