Job Description:
  • Create new user accounts in multiple systems and servers
  • Generate and maintain accurate documentation of all accounts created and modified
  • Run daily reports
  • Assist with IT related tickets
  • Track and document issue resolutions using ticketing system in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Advanced level experience with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MS Exchange and Active Directory is a plus
