Job Description:
  • Analyze, communicate and participate in day to day development and automation activities.
  • Work with the development team to design and implement test automation
  • Implement best practices of test automation
  • Collaborate with system-level QA to support integration testing of software products
  • Analyze and report on test and defect metrics
  • Execute test automation scripts
  • 3+ years’ experience in automation
  • Experience with software testing and automated test techniques with a focus on quality through the development life cycle
  • Experience with common test and debugging techniques
  • Experience with continuous integration/delivery systems
  • Experience with test frameworks and TDD/BDD tools (e.g. Cucumber, Gherkin)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with one or more languages: Ruby, Java, C, .NET, Python, etc
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming along with requisite coding and debugging skills
  • GUI Test Automation Framework development experience using Open Source Tools like Selenium
  • Familiarity with Object Orientated Design and Analysis.
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform in an AGILE environment.
  • Experience with application development is a plus
  • Experience with static code analysis tools
  • Experience with Unix shell scripting
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming along with requisite coding and debugging skills
  • Knowledge of or Experience with working with Agile/Scrum teams•
Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in either Computer Science or Computer Engineering
