Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and IT consulting
  • Skills required:
  • Expertise in Java, JSP, Spring, Stripes, Hibernate, Oracle, MySQL, and Maven
  • Experienced in Agile development methodologies and tools including JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, and Bitbucket
  • Comfortable mentoring junior developers as part of a larger project effort
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate functional requirements into technical terms and simply technical discussion for a non-technical audience
  • Consulting experience
  • Knowledge of the full software life cycle
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline
