Job Title: Office Receptionist and Executive Assistant

Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls: and courteously routed to proper staff, voice mail or message taken
- Check-in visitors to the office
- Develop and Maintain relationship with visiting customers
- Support on-site internal and client meetings in conference rooms. Provide support to conference rooms such as ensuring rooms such as ensuring rooms are appropriately outfitted, managing schedule conflicts, ensuring A/V equipment is functioning properly, and setup refreshment
- Works closely and supportive executive staff and managers on a variety of office support tasks
- Supports Accounting with filing, misc tasks
- Coordinates travel arrangements and manage expense reports
- Set-up office/workstation space for new hires
- Maintain office supplies inventories
- Distribute mail, send and receive Fed EX and UPS packages
- Manage and support the Sales teal ad offsite conference, register and setup shows and conferences, attend events as a support staff and helps with marketing efforts
- Support the sales team's proposal development and on time delivery
- Work with staff to post events and accomplishments on social media
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must work effectively in a fast-paced environment with fluctuation priorities and deadlines
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Confidence and an outgoing personality
- Previous experience in an office and customer service environment
- Works well with others
- Travel will be required
- Microsoft knowledge and presentation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- HS diploma required; Working towards a Bachelor's Degree or has a Bachelor’s Degree preferred
