Job Description:
  • Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design 
  • Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions 
  • Understands a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements 
  • Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment 
  • Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments 
  • Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment 
  • Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value 
  • Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learning’s are documented and shared
  • Solves diverse and complex
Qualifications:
  • Pega CSA Certification is a plus, otherwise must be willing to obtain one 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization 
  • Ability to deal with complexity and perform under pressure in a Production Support environment 
  • Schedule flexibility with work hours and willingness to be available during weekends or holidays with project urgency 
  • Strong ability to effectively participate in a group discussion with technical relevance 
  • Understanding of process flows, decisions and rules 
  • Documentation and presentation skills 
  • Solid understanding of OOP concepts required 
  • Experience with Java (J2SE, J2EE), Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, nice to have 
  • Exposure to web services (SOAP, RESTful, XML, JSON, etc.) required 
  • Strong RDBMS experience and exposure to SQL Queries, troubleshooting, tuning 
  • Strong and relevant work experience with Unix and Windows - Experience of understanding and managing Servers, scripting a plus 
  • Application Security concepts, Integration and their error handling
  • Creating and executing Unit Test plans, defect identification and fixing, code deployment and integration 
  • Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks including Agile 
  • Deliver quality work products in compliance with internal and client standards 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and technical skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
