  • Supervisor of daily shift production of product for outlet

  • Assign Staff daily job duties
  • Write recipes
  • Write standards
  • Sanitation
  • Council and reward staff
  • Safety
  • Control food and labor costs
  • Produce food product for outlet
  • Control quality of food
  • Interact with restaurant manager
  • Prep banquet food
  • Other duties as assigned
  • All paperwork as assigned
  • Determine daily par and production levels depending on anticipated business needs
  • Conduct daily pre shifts to inform employees of events, or any other pertinent information

Qualifications:
  • All employees are required to follow the guidelines set by the Margaritaville Casino Grooming and Appearance Handbook. Departmental guidelines may apply
  • Educations: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years culinary degree; 3 years experience in multi outlet facility; Supervisors skills classes; Sanitation Certificate
  • Language Skills: English
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages and apply to practical situations. Basic culinary math
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to approach commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Sanitation Certificate, Culinary Degree preferred but not required
