Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Description:
  • Greet customers when they arrive to service center
  • Consult with technicians about necessary repairs
  • Provide customers with in-depth information about repairs
  • Advise customers about warranty protections and coverage
  • Contact customers with estimates of work to be done and collect upon completion
  • Help schedule work flow with shop foreman

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Service advising experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizationsl skills
  • Ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and senior management
  • Basic RV knowledge
