Job Description:
  • Primary customer facing associate for the retail store at Ace Specialties
  • Greet and acknowledge customers upon arrival
  • Responsible for all opening and closing duties
  • Complete customer transactions using POS register system
  • Assist customers with selection of marketing products and apparel that help clients strengthen their name and create brand awareness
  • Manage client uniform contracts on site including sizing and fitting for their employees
  • Maintains visually inspiring merchandise displays, placement and proper display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organized look of the retail sales floor
  • Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their merchandise selection, branding and promotional needs
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications:
  • Retail Sales experience required
  • Creative and outgoing person
  • Great communications skills
  • Ambition, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Some college preferred
