Job Description:
  • Potenza is seeking to fill an Onboarding Project Manager position
  • The Onboarding Project Manager will work in our Innovations department among teammates who create and support a suite of marketing and ad tech products
  • Be a part of a results-driven team that is responsible for onboarding automotive dealerships who will be using our unique platform
  • The ideal candidate will prefer teamwork to autonomy and enjoy client relations
  • Attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines is critical
  • Daily duties may include but are not limited to: accepting new orders, setting up complex platforms, account audits, software support, email and phone contact with customers to handle questions, complaints, training, etc
  • Ability to multi-task and change directions quickly is very important to the success of the role
Qualifications:
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Skill in keeping track of tasks through organization and coordinating to the proper roles.
  • Transparency and ownership of completion of tasks
  • Ability to learn new systems easily. You will be learning the in’s and out’s of our current onboarding process to improve it, as well as learning our custom software platform.
  • Quick thinking and decision making. We encounter many scenarios within onboarding, so being able to process them and quickly act is required.
  • Experience with creating and implementing SOPs and process documents.
  • Prioritization of tasks is crucial for keeping our team on track.
  • Customer service experience as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Nice to Have’s
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Basic understanding of databases and SFTP transferred data
  • PMI certification
  • Experience with working in Jira or similar; ability so use Confluence, Service Desk, and Jira project management tools
