Job Description:
- Local Lafayette business is seeking to fill an Onboarding Project Manager position
- We are a result and inspiration driven team that is constantly thinking of innovative ways to create one of a kind high tech automotive software
- This position within our team is to onboard dealerships who will be using our unique automotive platform
- We need your help leading a team of talented individuals
Qualification:
- Required
- Experience in management is a must. Our team will be growing, so the more people you have managed, the better
- Skill in keeping track of tasks through organization and coordinating to the proper roles
- Transparency and ownership of completion of tasks is a must
- Ability to learn new systems easily. You will be learning the in’s and out’s of our current onboarding process to improve it, as well as learning our custom software platform
- Quick thinking and decision making. We encounter many scenarios within onboarding, so being able to process them and quickly act is required
- Experience with creating SOP and process documents
- Prioritization of tasks is crucial for keeping our team on track
- Customer Service experience. You will be working with our team and will also handle meetings with our clients
- Nice to Have’s
- Experience with working in the Automotive industry
- Basic understanding of databases and SFTP transferred data
- PMI certification
- Experience with working in Jira; ability so use Confluence, Service Desk, and Jira project management tools
- MBA or 4 year equivalent of management experience
