Job Description: 
  • CGI's On Shore IT Services Delivery Center in Lafayette, La has an immediate need for a Content Developer to join our Cigna Healthcare team.
  • The ideal candidate will manage the backlog of Global & Customized Content Team content management features and user stories in CA Agile Central
  • Manage Global & Customized Content Team resources, user stories, defects and blocking issues
  • Track and report on feature and user story evolution within CA Agile Central
  • Organize and train Global & Customized Content Team in TeamSite CMS and CA Agile Central
  • Coordinate QA testing, integration testing and business acceptance testing for Global & Customized Content Team features and user stories
  • Subject Matter Expert for TeamSite CMS and business rules for customized content
  • Responsible for Global & Customized Content Team content management lifecycle including successful implementation of all Global & Customized Content Team content management requests to Production web application environments
  • Facilitate daily scrum/stand-up
  • Facilitate sprint planning and various other sprint ceremonies for their respective teams
  • Facilitate user story refinement
  • Facilitate sprint processes
  • Analyze intake requests
  • Collaborate with matrix partners for content solution
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • Technical proficiency with current web development technologies and standards
  • Three or more years of web content management and/or web development experience
  • Past Content Management System (CMS) experience required
  • Past Agile development experience preferred but not required
  • Past experience leading a team is preferred but not required
  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills
  • Must be able to work effectively and build relationships with others
  • Teamsite Content Management System experience preferred but not required
  • CA Agile Central experience preferred but not required
  • Three or more years of web content management and/or web development experience
  • Teamsite/proficiency with current web development technologies and standards
