Job Description:
  • The candidate will be able to gain valuable on the job training while building in-demand technical skills
  • Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs
  • As a Junior Application Developer, the candidate will be expected to take on challenging project work designing, building, testing and supporting technical solutions
  • Depending upon the project, the candidate could find they are developing advanced skills in technologies such as Java, J2EE, SAP, C#, SQL, Mobile and Oracle, among others
  • Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, success driven, and looking to make a difference in the world
  • They will posses skills in the disciplines of Computer Science,  Information Systems, Math and other related faculties, particularly software development or application management and development
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess either:   
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and taken courses in Accounting or Supply Chain Management
  • Interned/worked at Retail, grocery or accounting firms OR   
  • Basic knowledge in programming languages, methodologies and Object Oriented programming (Ex. Java, J2EE C++, etc.)   
  • Basic knowledge in development tools (Ex. Integrated Development Environment's(IDE’s), debuggers, code repositories)
All candidates must possess:  
  • English: Intermediate
  • Preferred Technical and Professional Experience 
Preferred Candidate to possess either:  
  • Intermediate knowledge in programming languages, methodologies, and Object Oriented programming (Ex. Java, J2EE C++, etc); Equivalent to a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience   
  • Intermediate knowledge in development tools (Ex. Integrated Development Environment's(IDE’s), debuggers, code repositories); Equivalent to a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience OR   
  • Supply Chain or Accounting Associate Level Certification
