Job Description:
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of proper accounting procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere while being productive at daily bookkeeping tasks
- The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to multi task
- Knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and database programs
- Ability to provide timely, accurate, and relevant data
- Ability to develop effective communications with employees, managers, vendors, and other persons required to effectively accomplish responsibilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to file information in an accurate manner
- Must have minimum three years previous experience
- Must be computer leterate in any Accounting Software, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR & GL), accruals, and financial statement preparation, as required
