Job Description:
  • Firefly Digital is accepting applications from qualified candidates for a Jr. Account Management position for our Smart Choice Technologies product
  • The position is a full-time position with advancement opportunity in our Lafayette, LA office
  • The primary role of the Jr. Account Manager is to assist in the management of educational client projects
  • This includes assisting with daily client communications (phone, email, online teleconferences), project documentation and reporting, along with project setup and configuration, and support of your fellow co-workers
Qualifications:
  • Applicant must be a team player, highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional multi-tasking ability
  • Strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills and good problem solving skills are essential
  • Applicants must be able to handle high pressure situations, address difficult problems and resolve matters in a professional manner
  • Ideal candidates should have a bachelor or associate degree in marketing or communications disciplines (but not required)
  • Experience working in account management and customer service roles, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, are required and key to be successful in this position
