Job Description:
- Assist in creating and maintaining a daily schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using project management software
- Review current and future timelines and job statuses with leadership, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs
- Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities such as during rush jobs and pitches
- Help quality check staff's work reviewing to ensure spelling and grammar is correct, work upholds to brand standards, and the work meets client expectations
Qualifications:
- Senior and or Recent graduates, marketing or advertising major preferred
- People-Person
- Flexible
- Organized
- Task-Oriented
- Good at Problem Solving
- Disciplined
- 15-20 hr weekly commitment (morning or afternoon shift), will work around your schedule
