Job Description:
  • Provides SAS engineering leadership and oversight on design, engineering and development of SAS information technology solutions
  • Responsible for most complex, multi-site, multi domain SAS activities and integration
  • Manages the troubleshooting and resolution of SAS infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements and customer expectations
  • SAS 9.4 installation on Unix and Win 7 of the following: SAS Enterprise Miner (EM), SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1+ (EG), Base SAS, SAS EDM, SAS Management Console
  • SAS datasource connectivity to the following: Hadoop, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2
Qualifications:
  • SAS System Administration
  • Level 3 SAS Toolset Support 
  • SAS Enterprise Miner (EM)
  • SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1+ (EG)
  • Base SAS
  • SAS Management Console
  • Unix systems (AIX/Linux)
  • Migrating from Base SAS to SAS EG
  • SAS Metadata Administration
  • SAS 9.4 Installation on Unix, of the following:
  • SAS Enterprise Miner (EM)
  • SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1+ (EG)
  • Base SAS
  • SAS Management Console
  • SAS datasource connectivity to the following:
  • Hadoop/Impala
  • Oracle
  • SQL Server
  • Teradata
  • DB2
  • Requirements gathering
  • Project Management
  • SAS Vendor Management
  • Shell Scripting
  • Automation
  • NOT a SAS Developer
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or at least six years or more experience in all phases of SAS infrastructure management and administration or its equivalent in education and work experience
