Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant - Skype for Business

Job Description:
- Manage escalated incident notifications from Tier 2 technicians, providing in-depth troubleshooting for network, infrastructure, software, and end-user errors
- Resolve Tier 3 issues related to Skype for Business Online and AudioCodes infrastructure capabilities
- Open and maintain escalation tickets with Microsoft Premier Support for Skype for Business
- Online incidents
- Open and maintain escalation tickets with AudioCodes Partner Support for analog device and infrastructure incidents
- Able to maintain and monitor the health of the global Skype for Business environment
- Able to troubleshoot and diagnose an Audio Codes gateway infrastructure, including Mediant, MediaPack, Element Management System (EMS), and Session Experience Manager (SEM) products
- Able to oversee proactive server maintenance, including Windows server, AudioCodes gateways, and Polycom VVX IP phone patching
- Able to participate in customer team meetings to gather business and technical requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience working in the Technical Support field supporting Windows and other related
- Must have 3+ year of experience supporting Skype for Business on-premises and Online implementations
- Experience with advanced Skype for Business Online PSTN Conferencing and Cloud PBX workloads
- Experience with AudioCodes gateway infrastructure
- Experience supporting global/large user environment
