Job Description:
  • When equipment is not in operation, the operator will be required to perform other related duties such as traffic control, shovel work, setting string line, etc.
  • The Motor Grader Operator operates grader to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone, to grade specifications in construction projects, such as highways, streets and temporary roads; all to a high degree of accuracy
  • The Grader Operator drives the machine and moves levers to regulate height and angle of grader blade, loosens packed soil to permit grading, and to tilt front wheels of grader when making sharp turns
  • Experience Finish level Motor Grader Operator needed for soil cement crew
Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to travel within the State of Louisiana
  • Only those candidate will strong experience as a "finish" or "bluetop" grader need apply
