- Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic Education
- Master's Degree in Education Administration or equivalent, or five years of successful administrative experience, and a minimum of five years teaching experience
- Ability to obtain certification as a principal in a non-public school by the State of Louisiana Department of Education
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining elementary school policies and procedures with the ability to effectively lead and motivate staff through a strong spiritual foundation
- Committed to establishing and maintaining an innovative curriculum that integrates the spiritual formation of each individual child with their educational, physical, mental and social development needs
- Committed to integrating state-of-the-art technology into the educational process while remaining focused on the foundation of all education
- Committed to working in unity with the parish of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in order to foster and build community
