Job Description:
  • Designs, develops, documents, and delivers training courses to a wide range of audiences
  • Employs various training techniques including formal lectures, seminars, tutorials and self-paced exercises, and computer-based training (CBT).
  • rovides professional guidance to managers, analysts, specialists, and programmers in the use of the software
  • Participates in user-support related tasks
  • Leads efforts in the areas of training plan development, training material preparation, curricula definition and training course delivery
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's and 8 years OR Master's and 6 years OR PhD and 4 years experience is required for this role. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement
  • Strong understanding of training design and delivery and prior training experience
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
