Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall management of the physical facility, maintenance and related functions
- Responsible for the supervision and performance management of the support staff
- Provide appropriate training and development to ensure staff are equipped with necessary up-to-date skills required to perform the essential functions of their position
- Manage the firm’s human resources function including employee relations, conflict resolution, policy implementation and administration, regulatory compliance, administration of benefit programs and other employee programs
- Assist with recruiting office staff, including the posting of open positions, interviewing and reference checks
- Responsible for on-boarding all new hires, ensuring all paperwork is complete and filed properly
- Manage the file management process including the coordination, management, storage and destruction of all formal records
- Assist and coordinate with the Marketing Consultant on marketing and material development to promote the firm’s legal services
- Manages logistics and related actives for business and social functions of the firm
- Coordinate and assist with the update of the firm’s website and social media accounts
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent computer skills; MS Office Suite knowledge requirements
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all clients and staff
- Knowledge of legal or other professional service organizations
- Experience managing business operations such as finance, human resources, technology, facilities, and marketing
- Requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
