Job Title: Assistant Administrative Traffic Manager
Full-Time
Job Description:
- Meet with leadership to learn about the status of existing projects, and details about new projects coming into the agency
- Create and maintain a daily schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using project management software
- Review current and future timelines and job statuses with leadership, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs
- Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities such as during rush jobs and pitches
- Report to leadership about the current workflow, and communicate any possible issues with too much, or too little, work coming into the agency
- Work on invoicing, and possible additional costs due to rush fees, or unexpected deadlines
- Help quality check staff's work reviewing to ensure spelling and grammar is correct, work upholds to brand standards, and the work meets client expectations
Qualifications:
