Job Description:
  • Our Restaurant Shift Managers are motivated and customer service focused. Restaurant Shift Managers are responsible for supervising restaurant employees and the general operations of the restaurant. Restaurant Shift Managers consistently deliver and coach others to deliver fast service friendly smiles and clean facilities to all of our customers
  • Directs all employees to provide exceptional customer service and leads by example.
  • Directs restaurant associates on selling value items, specials and other merchandise to increase restaurant sales.
  • Assists the manager with tasks that need to be executed to keep our restaurant facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
  • Follows and directs others to follow Pilot Flying J food safety guidelines.
  • Ensures all food offered for sale within the restaurant meets the highest food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintains the restaurant’s overall cleanliness and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably with a restaurant, hospitality or food service background.
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
  • Ability to direct others and lead by setting an example of high quality customer care and sales engagement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors and corporate representatives.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
