Job Description:
- Handle support calls for internal and remote employees
- Setup and maintain desktop or laptop PC hardware, software, components or peripherals
- Assist procurement in IT related purchases
- Install network cabling and cable terminations
- Troubleshoot workstation, phone and printer issues
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office application issues
- Coordinate with vendors repair and maintenance of leased printers
- Coordinate supply orders for managed printers
- Assist end users with password reset and account setup
- Strong communication skills. Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot Office application issues
- Ability to install and terminate Ethernet cable
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues
