Job Title: Program Technical Lead

Job Description:
  • Coordinate all technical/IT aspects of the program
  • Provide technical/IT leadership
  • Coordinate architectural designs and ensure they comply with requirements. Manage all ITSM efforts and technical governance
  • Ensure DoDAF compliance
  • Maintain DoDAF project views for assigned projects
  • Ensure development, test, and production environments are maintained and synchronized to meet all requirements and comply with required standards
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's and 8 years OR Master's and 6 years OR PhD and 4 years experience is required for this role. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement
  • ITIL and government IT certifications
  • Strong understanding of the DoDAF and DoDAF management experience
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Prior IT leadership experience, architect experience and system engineering experience highly preferred
  • Prior experience on Army contracts preferred, especially in a training environment
