Job Description:
  • Design and/or modify business processes
  • Identify governing policy(ies) and coordinate with key stakeholders to identify process requirements and objectives
  • develop process objectives and end states; process steps and workflows to effectively implement the policy
  • Endure ease of use, achievement of process objectives, and gathering of BI data
  • Coordinate drafts with stakeholders and support the Lead Process Engineer for process approval
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's and 6 years OR Master's and 4 years OR PhD and 2 years experience is required for this role
  • Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement
  • Strong understanding of process engineering/re-engineering (BPE/R) and prior BPE/R experience
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Due to the nature of the government contact requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
