Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
- Day to day maintenance activities, PMs, Daily Rounds
- Serve all types of equipment to include valves, pumps, motors, boilers, distillation columns
- Perform PMs and establish PdM schedules
- Keep detailed daily logs and other necessary records, forms or electronic data as requested-logbooks, check sheets and batch folders
- Change and repair pumps, valves, motors, and other process equipment
- Repair rotational equipment from small pumps and motors to large agitators and seals
- Maintain inventory of critical repair parts
- Comply with safety procedures, proper product handling, and all PPE
- Participate in 5S activities
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical degree preferred
- 3+ years of prior experience in a Maintenance role required
- Knowledge of chemical operations and batch manufacturing preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends as required
- HVAC certification a plus but not required
