Job Description:
  • Handle support calls for internal and remote employees
  • Setup and maintain desktop or laptop PC hardware, software, components or peripherals
  • Assist procurement in IT related purchases
  • Install network cabling and cable terminators
  • Troubleshoot workstations, phones and printer issues
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office application issues
  • Coordinate with vendors repair and maintenance of leased printers
  • Assist end users with password reset and account setup
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot Office application issues
  • Ability to install and terminate Ethernet cable
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues
