Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Effective problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Related degree, preferable with 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrates a solid work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, DevOps and other Agile development techniques
  • Ability to understand and aggregate needs from many teams and make tooling and process recommendations that will be mutually beneficial for all parties involved
  • Strong emphasis on teamwork and close collaboration across all roles and functions
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to identify project risks, constraints and dependencies
