Job Description:
- Follow strategic sales plans to reach company and individual sales goals for assigned services and products
- Actively source, establish & maintain business relationships with prospects by utilizing existing client base, networking, and cold calling
- Identify and properly qualifying business opportunities using known company practices and experience
- Follow up with customers regarding timelines, delivery of equipment and service; and monitor customer satisfaction
- Manage the proposal process
- Maintain up to date data regarding the customer (i.e. personnel, facilities, organizational structure, etc.), track opportunities and client interactions, using electronic tracking tool
- Build relationships with prospective customers by networking through appropriate channels, social media, business organizations, office visits and events
- Register and participate in local business organizations to meet prospective customers, build and maintain relationships with existing customers and obtain market knowledge
- Participate in training and research product lines sold by InfoTECH to better understand the product line as a whole and to learn the features and benefits of each product
- Two to four years of college preferred
- 5+ Years of proven successful sales experience required
- Basic understanding of computer networking technologies and components, Windows workstation and server operating systems
