Job Description:
  • Compliance Partners is looking for a strong candidate who has experience with technology configuration producing platforms for customer applications, project management and coordination, and client engagement for the position of Software Project Coordinator. Experience in the field of healthcare technology would be ideal. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who has a positive and passionate attitude, and knows how to support a team effort in project management and client deliverables.
Technology Configuration and Support
  • Configure and format software platforms for customer applications.
    Maintain/update CP technology methods, databases, dashboards, and tools for generating reports within client accounts.
  • Responsible for configuring and evaluating information/data to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Assists in configuring content and workflows for SaaS platforms.
    Responsible for creating reports for clients and making updates as needed in applications such as IBM Cognos.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor service tickets from submission through resolution.
  • Provides first level technical support and problem solving to clients’ accounts.
  • Assists specialist in technology platform conversions from one vendor to another vendor and single sign-on integration.
  • Provide ongoing client status updates on client integrations.
  • Maintain high level of functional knowledge of CP technology.
  • Assist Specialist in updating PowerPoint presentations for client training.
Project Management and Coordination
  • Support Specialist with client integrations including data entry, generating test reports,
    technology testing, and making recommendations for data capture.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop process workflows and CP technology customization to allow for appropriate reporting and data collection for requested client deliverables.
  • Timely and accurate updating of project tracking system to show progress from initiation through completion of each project.
  • Collaborate with Specialist to coordinate the submission of requested information and reports to clients in an accurate, comprehensive, and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal team to develop best practice procedures and methods for CP technology client integration to improve the efficiency and quality of services.
  • Schedule meetings with clients and upload meeting minutes into CRM.
  • Champion client needs internally by providing feedback and escalating cases, ensuring clients receive the resolution in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing weekly updates to client project teams.
  • Interact with client IT departments to coordinate go-live dates, training sessions, and system needs.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Two Years Related IT Experience
  • Experience with Cognos Workspace Advance a plus
  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and remedy problems with a minimum of downtime.
  • Professional demeanor with previous customer service experience.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and detail oriented.
