Job Description:
  • Commercial Property Management Company in Lafayette is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a strong commitment to customer service and a strong work ethic. 
  • We specialize in commercial and residential properties, as well as retail locations and restaurants, in and around the Lafayette area. 
  • Reliable transportation (work truck preferred) and tools required, must have clean DMV, and must pass background check.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have at least 1-year of experience in maintenance. 
  • Candidate must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, grounds maintenance and some HVAC repairs (certification preferred); and meet the minimum requirements below: 
  • Must be able to work within a team. 
  • Should be self motivated to complete a service request from start to finish. 
  • Will be able to follow and adhere to company policies and procedures. 
  • Have a flexible work schedule and be able to work "On Call" in evenings and on weekends. 
  • Have the ability, and experience, to operate property equipment, such as golf carts, shampoo equipment, pressure washers, blowers, vacuums, compressors and other general machinery in order to complete a service request
