Job Title: Change and Configuration Manager
Full Time
Job Description:
  • Coordinate with the customer for change control policy implementation processes. Develop and maintain change control processes
  •  Analyze changes for impacts on configuration, current environment, and performance
  • Prepare change assessments for the CCB and, as required, brief the CCB on the change
  • Upon approval develop release packages for the change
  • Monitor the impact of the change in the development, test, and production environments, recommend rollbacks if required
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's and 4 years OR Master's and 2 years OR PhD and 1 year experience is required for this role
  • Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement
  • Strong understanding of change control and prior change management and control experience 
  • Maintain current ITIL certification
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
