Job Description:
  • Looking to hire a skilled service technician for their Service Management Department. The company currently oversees the maintenance needs for several facilities located throughout the continental US
  • Responsibilities may include:
  • Repair interior drywall damage
  • Paint touchup
  • Replace or repair various types of flooring
  • Acoustical ceiling repair
  • Door and hardware installation/repair
  • Millwork repair/replace
  • Minor concrete repair
  • Preventative maintenance

Qualifications:
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
