Job Description:
  • Purpose: The Chandelier Room (TCR) is seeking barbacks to assist the bartender during events including; weddings, corporate meetings/banquets, fundraisers, and other parties, during weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reports to: Event Coordinator &/or Bartender
  • Responsibilities
  • Back up bartenders
  • Maintain stock/ change kegs
  • Collect and clean glassware using proper cleaning supplies and techniques
  • Restock ice
  • Put all trash products in proper receptacles
  • Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • Lift at least 40 lbs.; stand and walk throughout an entire event shift
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Ring up guests and open/close guests' tabs
