Job Description:
- Front Line for incoming help desk calls, telephone triage
- Provides a prompt and professional response to all help desk phone calls, emails and support tickets to ensure printer uptime is maintained
- Provides first-level technical support and technical assistance to technical and non-technical students
- Communicate with customers to evaluate service request, gather information and data to be used in resolving issues
- Attend to open tickets in the system, including logging cases, documenting time spent on calls, issue resolution and customer response
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Exercise strong judgment to determine the appropriate course of action and follow issues to resolution
- Make decisions on behalf of the business with consideration on Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service focus required
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Help desk or call center experience
- Fluent Spanish speaking a plus
- Knowledge of design software, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
- Printer or technical repair experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills required-Outlook, Office, Excel, Word
- Color management experience a plus
- Excellent typewritten and verbal skills required
- Knowledge of CRM Software or call center helpdesk software a plus
