Job Title: IT Help Desk-Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
  • Front Line for incoming help desk calls, telephone triage
  • Provides a prompt and professional response to all help desk phone calls, emails and support tickets to ensure printer uptime is maintained
  • Provides first-level technical support and technical assistance to technical and non-technical students
  • Communicate with customers to evaluate service request, gather information and data to be used in resolving issues
  • Attend to open tickets in the system, including logging cases, documenting time spent on calls, issue resolution and customer response
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Exercise strong judgment to determine the appropriate course of action and follow issues to resolution
  • Make decisions on behalf of the business with consideration on Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional customer service focus required
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Help desk or call center experience
  • Fluent Spanish speaking a plus
  • Knowledge of design software, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
  • Printer or technical repair experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills required-Outlook, Office, Excel, Word
  • Color management experience a plus
  • Excellent typewritten and verbal skills required
  • Knowledge of CRM Software or call center helpdesk software a plus
