Job Description:
  • Fenstermaker is seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer to join our team
  • Candidates would be responsible for managing and designing civil engineering improvements with an emphasis in transportation and drainage projects for governmental agencies including DOTD, parishes and municipalities
  • Directing and supervising project work of engineers and engineer interns
  • Preparing proposal and participating in business development activities with clients
  • Must be knowledgeable of DOTD and local government design standards and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Masters Degree preferred
  • Experience: At least 10 years of Engineering experience
  • Skills:
  • Microsoft Office
  • AutoCAD
  • MicroStation
  • Project Management Experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in Team Environment
  • Ability to Lead and Motivate Individuals or Groups
  • Some travel required
  • Licenses: Professional Engineer license in Louisiana or ability to obtain license through reciprocity
