Job Description:
  • The Testing Team Lead will work closely with the development team and management to set expectations and continually provide feedback and reporting to improve the testing process
Qualifications: 
  • Must have Seven (7) years’ or more of experience leading a test team, test/QA planning and processes
  • Must have experience working with Agile Teams and Atlassian -JIRA tool
  • Must have experience creating and preparing a Test plan for the testing team
  • Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing
  • Must be familiar with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Winrunner, Loadrunner type of tools to help with automation of test scripts
  • Ensure that the test team is part of the Daily SCRUM as to report blockers and issues so that everything is transparent to the team and Management
