Job Description:
  • Cutting and slicing fish loins, rolling sushi rolls, making sushi rice and chopping vegetables
  • Properly lifting and carrying food cases and fish to and from walk-in coolers
  • Multi-task talking to guest while rolling sushi

  • Great at working around school schedule
  • The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday and lunch only on Fridays.  Closed on Mondays and holidays
Qualifications:
  • Basic knife skills
  • Team player with great attitude
  • Experienced and reliable
  • Sushi experience a plus
