Job Description:
  • Provides supports to BST end users, including trouble shooting and problem resolution
  • Responds to requests via phone, email or online and advises on the appropriate action
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • May coordinate with the BST Support team and/or the IT Support team to resolve user issues
  • Performs  project, employee and expense maintenance and client invoicing
Qualifications:
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Systems support experience
  • BST experience a plus
  • Billing and accounting experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability
  • Must be able to work as a part of a team
