Job Description:
- Provides supports to BST end users, including trouble shooting and problem resolution
- Responds to requests via phone, email or online and advises on the appropriate action
- Research questions using available information resources
- May coordinate with the BST Support team and/or the IT Support team to resolve user issues
- Performs project, employee and expense maintenance and client invoicing
- Must have customer service experience
- Systems support experience
- BST experience a plus
- Billing and accounting experience desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability
- Must be able to work as a part of a team
