Job Description:
  • Commercial Property Management Company in Lafayette is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a strong commitment to customer service and a strong work ethic
  • We specialize in commercial and residential properties, as well as retail locations and restaurants, in and around the Lafayette area
  • Paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, Full-time/40 hours per week/hourly/overtime (when required)/mileage reimbursement
Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation (work truck preferred) and tools required, must have clean DMV and must pass background check
  • Candidate should have at least 1-year of experience in maintenance
  • Candidate must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, grounds maintenance and some HVAC repairs (certification preferred)
  • Must be able to work within a team
  • Should be self motivated to complete a service request from start to finish
  • Will be able to follow and adhere to company policy and procedures
  • Have a flexible work schedule and be able to work "on call" in evenings and on weekends
  • Have the ability and experience to operate property equipment, such as golf carts, shampoo equipment, pressure washers, blowers, vacuums, compressors and other general machinery in order to complete a service request
