Job Description:
  • Business Analyst will be part of the Product Development team and will be responsible for assisting with writing business requirements and use cases, assisting in functional testing, validating potential product defects, and supporting their teams as a subject matter expert
  • A Business Analyst must have excellent communication and analytical skills and willingness to self-educate
  • Success in this position hinges on self-motivation, attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with the other members of the team
  • Develop and/or contribute to product use cases to help define features and functionality
  • Assist in documenting, testing, validating new products and features
  • Assist in documenting, testing, validating software defects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills, as well as presentation ability
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work well both individually as well as in a team and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships successfully in a cross-functional team environment is critical for this position
