Job Description:
- The primary role of the Jr. Account Manager is to assist in the management of existing client projects
- This includes providing daily client communications (phone, email, online teleconferences), project documentation, along with project setup, configuration and support of your fellow co-workers
- The role will require working with account managers, designers, programmers and technical staff in order to support clients
- Applicants must be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills are imperative along with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Applicant must exhibit exceptional decision making ability
- Ideal candidates will have a bachelor or associate degree in marketing, business or communication (but not required)
- Experience working in account management or customer service roles beneficial
- The role should understand and stay current with technology and related trends
- The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills along with a positive attitude are required and key to success in this position
