Job Title: Individual Giving Director

Job Description:
- The Individual Giving Director fosters relationships with individual supports to grow resources, primarily through major gifts
- This includes fund-raising through affinity groups which include the Leadership Giving Circle, Alexis de Tocqueville Society and Women United
- Additionally, this resource development staff member will play a lead role in the planning, coordination and execution of special events to engage these key supporters
- This staff member is also responsible for growing the Closers' Club, which is a workforce affinity group
- In coordination with the Marketing Director, this staff member uses digital communications to reach broader audiences of prospective supporters outside of the workplace channel to bother find-raise and engage
- The Individual Group Director serves on a team that is focused fund-raising through the Annual Workforce Campaign, special fundraising events management and on cultivation of year-round relationships with all supporters in order to meet annual fundraising goals
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred plus at least five years' experience in fundraising, fund development, communications, marketing or sales
